I am greatly blessed by and am compelled to share new discoveries in the Apostolic Bible Polyglot which used the Septuagint text that Jesus, His disciples and Paul apparently used and clearly quoted. It confirms what I have received from God on 2/11/1997 and what I have been proclaiming since then and on this blog.
Is 52:14 so the sight of your appearance shall be despised
by men, you and your glory by the sons of men. (ABP)
Isa 53:3 He is
despised and rejected of men; a Man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief;
and we hid, as it were a hiding of faces from Him, He being despised, and we
esteemed Him not.
Isa 53:5 But He
was wounded because of (not for)
our/ my transgressions; He was bruised
because of our/ my iniquities; ABP (G1223 διά A
primary preposition denoting the channel of an act; through, because of (that),
by, for (cause) (Hebr. Min = because of / through. See also Gesenius’s Hebrew Chaldee Lexicon to the Old Testament,
Strong’s no. 4480 (e)) and “because of” is in harmony with the context and all the
other quotes) G1473 ἐγώ egō eg-o'
A primary pronoun of the first person, I (only expressed when emphatic): - I,
me.
v6 .. and
my / our sins delivered up the lord. ABP
v7 And he, because of being afflicted by evil,
opened not his mouth ABP
v8. Because of the lawless deeds of my people he
was led unto death. ABP
Isa 53:11 … For He
shall bear their iniquities / sins.
v12 and he himself bore the sins of many, and because
of their lawless deeds he was delivered up. ABP
Isa 63:10 But they rebelled and grieved His Holy
Spirit;
Eze 6:9 … because I was crushed by their adulterous
heart which has departed from Me, and by their eyes which play the harlot after
their idols;
The ABP clearly says Jesus was crucified because of, by, through every sin we do. HE indeed BORE OUR SINS IN HIS BODY ON THE CROSS. WE MURDERED HIM BECAUSE OF OUR SINS! The whole Is 53 and 1Pet. 2:24 say that. THAT is what we need to confess with deep remorse TO HIM and repent (Zech 12.10). Then GOD will forgive, deliver and cleanse us from all sin by His blood, make sin stop, make us live unto righteousness, heal us, stop our going astray 1Pet2:24-25, fill us with HIS HOLY SPIRIT and MAKE us holy.
Jesus was not crucified FOR us, or for our sins, or in our place, or paid our debts FOR us, and was not punished by God in our place. Believing these things came from wrong translations and interpretations and by implication accuses someone else for JESUS' murder -namely GOD. That is terrible self-acquittal and blasphemy! Then we cannot be forgiven or be delivered or be set free from sin or be made holy. Without holiness we will NOT see GOD but pay an eternity in hell for all our sins that grieved GOD, quenched HIS HOLY SPIRIT, broke HIS WORD which is HIS FLESH, and which pierced and crushed JESUS CHRIST, the MESSIAH.
